At AndiKH, all products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
– change of mind
– incorrect size selection
– personal preferences

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer:
– a replacement, or
– a refund

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases of:
– confirmed defective items
– incorrect items sent

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours after purchase.
After this period, production may have already started and cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
