At AndiKH, our products are made to order and shipped internationally from our production and fulfillment partner in China.

1. Processing Time
Metal prints are usually produced within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During high-demand periods, production may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

– USA / Canada: 7–18 business days
– Europe: 7–20 business days
– Asia: 7–18 business days
– Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Some smaller items may qualify for free shipping depending on the destination.

4. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.

7. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund if the damage is confirmed.
